Welcome to New Delhi Railway Station

A few days back i went to NDRS (New delhi Railway Station) to see off few relatives of mine. As i was about to reach NDRS which is the second busiest, and one of the largest, in India & deals over 300 trains each day, from 16 platforms.

But i was literally shocked to see this Enter The Dragon kinda route to reach there. Have a look!

If you are caught talking on phone while driving than it's an offence and in that case there is a cash fine of Rs. 1000/- or more.

How about this rickshaw puller, who seems to be ignorant or is he taunting the system?
